What kind of project is it?

What you'll receive

  • A schematic concept plan, labeled concept-only
  • A room program with square footage and notes
  • A budget band from MSP's own cost history
  • Don's note on risks he'd check at the walk-through

What it isn't

An initial concept plan is not an architectural drawing and not a quote. It is a builder's first read of what a property could become and roughly what that would cost, so the offer you write is an informed one.
