Digital staging is one of the planning tools our clients and partner brokers use with us. Using it takes an access code from Don. If you already have one for the concept plan tool, the same code works here.
How to get your access code
- Email Don for a code. Write to Don at dhommel@mainstpropertiesllc.com. Tell him the property you're listing or considering.
- Don replies personally. He gets back to you, usually within one business day.
- Unlock the tool. Once you're working together, Don emails you a code. Enter it below and the tools open on that device for 90 days.
Your staged photos
Using these in a listing
Listing rules require virtually staged photos to be disclosed. "Download" adds a small "Virtually staged" label in the corner; use "Without label" only where you disclose staging another way. Keep the original photo in the listing too.
Not quite right?
Each photo can be staged up to three times. Change the room type if it was read wrongly, then choose "Try another version". For anything more, email Don at dhommel@mainstpropertiesllc.com.
